Training Store General Manager:
This General Manager has assisted their store in excelling at every level and is where we send our new Associates to be developed during the MIT process

A Training Store General Manager has full P&L responsibility over a single unit/restaurant. It is their duty to train and develop potential growth candidates. In addition to the responsibilities of a General Manager, the Training Store General Manager ensures that all trainees receive the best possible training experience.

Full P&L and Operational Responsibility:
Develop Managers to operate the restaurant efficiently

Develop Team Members:
Responsible for 30-100 Crew Members and 3-6 parts of salaried management. Can have up to four Managers in Training at a time.

Individual Development Programs:

• Assist in recruiting of new Managers
• Train the trainer program
• Local Store Marketing
• Business Unit Analysis
