"On my way home today, we visited Steak 'n Shake. I found the staff to be very polite; I interacted with Danna and Mathew, and both provided excellent customer service. Compared to other locations within the chain, this restaurant appears much cleaner. The young lady was actively cleaning the tables and the front counter, although the floors and restrooms could use a bit more attention. I also noticed that the employees' uniforms were clean, which isn't always the case at other locations. Overall, the service was great and the food was good. With just a little more focus on cleanliness, this could easily become my favorite restaurant again."
